B. Age Limit
- For Soldier General Duty: 17.5-21 years (Upper Age limit will be relaxable upto 30 yrs of age (as on date of joining training) in respect of widows of Defence personnel who have died in harness)
- For Sepoy Pharma: 19 – 25 years.
- For Others: 17.5-23 years.
C. Physical Measurements – Indian Army Soldier GD (Women Military Police) Recruitment
The candidates must fulfill the minimum height, weight, and chest measurement criteria. These requirements vary as per the particular rally. However, the chest must be at least 77 (+ 5 cm expansion) for all rallies.
*Note: Relaxation in Physical Standards is either for wards of Servicemen/ Ex-Servicemen or sportsmen (not both) and is in addition to the special Physical Standards.
D. Other Important Criteria – Indian Army Soldier GD (Women Military Police) Recruitment
- The candidates must possess the Nativity/ Domicile certificate with a photograph issued by Tehsildar/District Magistrate.
- Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearms. Permanent body tattoos on any other part of the body are not acceptable and candidates will be barred from further selection
- Unmarried Certificate for candidates less than 21 years of age with photograph issued by village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within last six months will be required
